TANSEL searches, recruits, and manages foreign legal firms for projects of the client, requiring foreign legal counseling.
In absence of an in-house legal department or desired number of headcounts, required number of attorneys with the right qualifications are selected and recruited by TANSEL in line with the client’s needs. The attorneys work full-time for a specific client, being backed by the resources and support of the partners of TANSEL.
In absence of an in-house legal department or desired number of headcounts, TANSEL’s partners fill chief legal counsel / legal director / corporate secretary roles; attend board of directors’ meetings; provide legal counseling on issues listed in the agenda of the board of directors; and perform legal work as needed by the board.
TANSEL provides legal counseling to the client on daily business matters on a regular basis with a monthly time and fee caps. No specific attorney is appointed for the client. TANSEL’s different attorneys and partners may provide counseling depending on the nature of the matter.
TANSEL appoints an attorney who provides legal counseling, management, and coordination services on behalf of TANSEL at the client’s office.
TANSEL prepares workflow and legal sourcing procedures, or either one of them, of the legal department; defines roles of the lawyers and other headcounts; and determines legal-tech solutions based on the client’s needs.
TANSEL prepares analysis and reports regarding performance, engagement, cost, and efficiency of the client’s external legal counsels based on meticulous consideration of the client’s needs and expectations
TANSEL conducts sourcing of legal services on behalf of the client, and if needed, prepares policies and procedures for procurement of legal services.
TANSEL reviews agreements and determines whether the liabilities of the parties are legally and actually performed or breached, and the client’s rights are well-protected. TANSEL detects conflicts with the counterparty and provides guidance for contractually or legally available solutions.
TANSEL provides legal counseling, and, if needed, sourcing and management of foreign legal counsels, during development and implementation of a specific project of the client.
